Operations Officer – Transaction Processing & Compliance

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Operations Officer to ensure smooth daily operations across our banking and financial services functions. The role involves processing transactions, verifying customer documentation, and coordinating with branches and internal teams to meet operational deadlines while maintaining compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily operational activities in line with company policies and procedures.
• Review and verify customer documents and transaction data for accuracy and completeness.
• Process operational transactions and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
• Coordinate with branches and internal departments to ensure timely completion of operational requests.
• Monitor pending transactions, follow up on outstanding requests, and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare operational reports and provide accurate information to management.
• Support continuous improvement of operational processes and procedures.
• Handle operational inquiries and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Banking or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, banking, financial services or customer service.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
