Operations Specialist – Shopping Center

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Operations Specialist to support the day‑to‑day management of multiple shopping centres within the TMG portfolio. This entry‑level position offers recent graduates the chance to develop expertise in real‑estate operations and tenant services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily operations across several shopping centres.
• Collaborate with property managers and maintenance teams to ensure facilities are well‑maintained.
• Monitor and optimise operational processes to boost efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
• Support budget planning and control for operational expenses.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair projects.
• Conduct regular inspections, identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Help implement health, safety and environmental policies.
• Provide support in tenant relations and resolve operational issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate or a related field.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
