About the role
PwC is seeking an OT Security Manager for its ETIC practice in Cairo. The role will lead cybersecurity initiatives for operational technology environments, ensuring robust protection of client systems and data.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse and map the interactions between components of complex OT systems.
- Take ownership of projects from planning and budgeting through execution and delivery.
- Partner with team leadership to guarantee quality, timelines and deliverables.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Manage conflicts and conduct difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders.
- Uphold PwC’s professional, technical and independence standards.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience with a focus on coaching and performance management.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into security solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and integrity in client engagements.
- Willingness to embrace technology and drive innovation within the team.
