Pharmacist & Pharmacy Manager (Heliopolis)

About the role

Zikry Pharmacies, a leading pharmacy chain in Greater Cairo, is seeking a qualified Pharmacist to also serve as Pharmacy Manager for its Heliopolis location. This full‑time, on‑site role combines clinical pharmacy duties with operational leadership to ensure high‑quality service and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing and patient counseling.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian pharmacy regulations and professional standards.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and use pharmacy‑specific software for ordering.
• Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians and support staff.
• Administer immunizations according to established protocols.
• Maintain a patient‑focused environment and uphold service quality.

Required profile

• Valid pharmacist license in Egypt.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience in pharmacy operations and team management.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
