Pharmacist / Shift Manager (Cairo)

About the role

Hamza Pharmacies is seeking a motivated Pharmacist who will also act as Shift Manager for its outlets in Zahraa El Maadi and Mokattam, Cairo. The role combines patient‑focused pharmacy services with day‑to‑day operational oversight, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately dispense medications and provide appropriate counseling to patients.
• Review prescriptions in line with medical guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and ensure proper storage.
• Maintain a professional, customer‑centric atmosphere within the pharmacy.
• Stay informed about new pharmaceutical products and developments in patient care.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Open to fresh graduates as well as experienced pharmacists.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle pressure during busy shifts.
