Planning Specialist

About the role

The Planning Specialist will work on‑site at Noodles Park’s instant‑noodles factory, ensuring production plans align with demand forecasts and available capacity. This full‑time position coordinates closely with procurement, production, and logistics to guarantee raw material availability and timely delivery of finished goods.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on demand forecasts.
• Align capacity planning with sales projections and adjust plans for operational changes.
• Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to secure raw materials and manage finished‑goods flow.
• Monitor daily production performance, identify bottlenecks, and modify schedules as needed.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, equipment utilization, and service performance.
• Analyze production data to reduce waste, improve cycle times, and enhance delivery reliability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support overall business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong planning and scheduling experience in production or supply‑chain environments.
• Solid analytical ability to interpret data, spot trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with operations, procurement, sales, and logistics.
• Basic finance or cost awareness to support budgeting and resource optimization.
• Customer‑service orientation focused on meeting internal service levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Ability to work on‑site full‑time, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced setting.
