About the role
Advansys is looking for a Procurement Coordinator to manage procurement activities and ensure smooth supply‑chain operations. The role involves collaborating with suppliers and internal departments to drive the purchasing process.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to facilitate purchasing.
- Manage procurement tasks throughout the procurement cycle.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
Required profile
- Proven experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
- Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or a related field.
Required skills
- Familiarity with procurement software and systems.
- SAP (a plus).
