Production Engineer – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team in El Obour. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will drive process optimization, production planning and quality assurance for our bituminous product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and continuously improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Develop, implement and monitor detailed production plans aligned with demand forecasts.
• Ensure product quality by applying and supervising quality control procedures.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and company safety protocols.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including R&D, maintenance and logistics—to ensure smooth workflow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven knowledge of production engineering and production planning.
• Strong analytical ability to solve operational challenges.
• Experience with quality control processes and product compliance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and manufacturing best practices.
• Prior experience in the construction or building‑materials sector is a plus.
