Program Manager – CBW Buyer Abuse Prevention (MENA)

About the role
Amazon is expanding its footprint in the MENA region and seeks a Program Manager to lead the CBW (Customer Business Waste) initiative focused on buyer abuse prevention. Based in Cairo, you will drive cost‑to‑serve reductions, improve return processes and support Amazon’s vision of being the world’s most customer‑centric company.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver P&L savings by identifying and implementing cost‑reduction programs across returns and business waste.
- Define solutions, secure leadership buy‑in and prioritize resources for each initiative.
- Lead cross‑functional programs with Supply Chain, Category, Customer Service, Transportation, Finance, Fulfilment Centres and Tech teams.
- Design customer‑centric solutions to lower order cancellations and delivery exceptions.
- Influence stakeholders using quantitative and qualitative data while balancing conflicting KPIs.
Required profile
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to launch new programs.
- Customer‑obsessed with excellent stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment and making data‑driven decisions.
- 2+ years of program or project management experience and a bachelor’s degree.
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and address emerging operational issues.
