Project Coordinator

About the role

Sabbour Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support multidisciplinary engineering projects across civil, architectural and MEP domains. The role ensures seamless coordination between design teams, site teams, clients and internal departments, maintaining project timelines, deliverables and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of civil, architectural and MEP teams to align with project schedules.
• Maintain and monitor project schedules, milestones and progress reports in collaboration with Project Managers.
• Prepare, track and control project documentation such as submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes and technical correspondences.
• Follow up on design deliverables, ensuring timely submission to clients and stakeholders.
• Support Project Managers in monitoring budgets, variations and contractual deliverables.
• Organise internal and external meetings, workshops and technical reviews.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and sub‑consultants to facilitate smooth information flow.
• Track project risks, issues and action logs, escalating when necessary.
• Assist in resource planning, allocation and preparation of progress reports for senior management.
• Support tender coordination, technical proposals and project mobilisation activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 10+ years of experience in construction or engineering consulting firms.
• Strong background in multidisciplinary project coordination (Civil / Architectural).
• Proven experience supporting large‑scale building or infrastructure projects.
