Project Coordinator – Localization (Remote Night Shift)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to lead multilingual localization projects for eArabization’s global clients. The role is fully remote, operates on night‑shift hours aligned with international time zones, and requires coordination of translators, editors, reviewers and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end localization projects from kickoff to delivery.
• Coordinate translators, editors, reviewers and external vendors.
• Prepare project instructions, timelines and delivery schedules.
• Monitor project progress, deadlines and budgets.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, style guides and client requirements.
• Perform basic QA checks and support linguistic quality assurance processes.
• Handle client communication related to project execution and delivery.
• Lead calls/meetings with end clients when required.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
• Leverage CAT tools and AI‑assisted translation technologies to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Support continuous process improvement and workflow optimization.
• Demonstrate flexibility and availability to work night shifts and rotational schedules when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Languages, Translation, Communications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager.
• Prior experience in the localization/translation industry is strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English and Arabic communication skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Confident communicator able to lead calls with end clients.
• Highly organized, detail‑driven, reliable and calm under pressure.

Required skills

• Practical knowledge of CAT tools.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered translation and QA tools.
• Experience with TMS platforms or project tracking tools.
