Project Engineer

About the role

The Project Engineer will support the project manager and project team by handling documentation, cost accounting, scheduling, and on‑site supervision. The role requires juggling multiple tasks, prioritising work, and ensuring smooth communication across all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities.
• Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and maintain comprehensive project records.
• Communicate with team members, vendors, and stakeholders to keep workflows efficient.
• Update project plans, timelines, and status reports regularly.
• Organise meetings, manage calendars, and handle correspondence.
• Log and escalate issues to the Project Manager as needed.
• Support basic cost tracking and invoice processing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and project standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or project manager.
• Familiarity with basic project management principles (Agile or Waterfall).
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
