Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with PMO governance standards. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure adherence to PMO processes, keeping project plans, risks, issues, and tasks up to date.
• Identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks according to the escalation matrix.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing weekly status reports and conducting regular status meetings.
• Maintain complete project documentation, including UAT sign‑offs, technical and integration documents, and knowledge‑transfer artifacts.
• Oversee formal project closure, capture lessons learned, and contribute to continuous improvement of PMO templates and governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of professional experience with proven project management responsibilities.
• Experience in fintech, banking or financial services is preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
