Quality Manager – Travel & Tourism

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead service excellence across our travel and tourism operations in Alexandria. The role will ensure that all guest experiences meet and exceed industry standards through robust quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor quality assurance policies across all departments.
• Conduct regular on‑site audits to verify compliance with service, health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Analyse guest feedback, online reviews and satisfaction surveys to identify improvement opportunities and track corrective actions.
• Recommend and drive process optimisation initiatives to increase operational efficiency while maintaining high hospitality standards.
• Collaborate with department heads to train staff on quality standards, continuous improvement and emotional intelligence.
• Prepare performance reports for senior management and ensure alignment with global tourism certifications such as ISO and sustainability standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in quality management or operations within the hospitality or tourism sector.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Leadership mindset with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
