About the role
Continental Consultancy is looking for a full‑time Real Estate Sales Representative to join our on‑site team in Qesm Heliopolis. You will work directly with clients, helping them buy, sell, or lease properties while delivering a high level of service throughout the transaction process.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their property needs and provide tailored advice.
- Manage property listings, conduct market analyses, and organize viewings.
- Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and uphold client satisfaction.
Required profile
- Proficiency in real‑estate transactions and a valid Real Estate License.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Excellent customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with the local Heliopolis market is preferred.
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and results‑driven attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
Required skills
