Receptionist/Assistant for OB‑GYN Clinic

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist/Assistant to join our growing OB‑GYN clinic in New Cairo. You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth flow through the clinic.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and guide patients with a respectful attitude.
• Manage appointments, patient flow, and the clinic’s schedule efficiently.
• Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and general inquiries.
• Coordinate with doctors and nurses to keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Maintain a clean and premium reception environment.
• Record visits, payments, and notes accurately in the clinic’s system.
• Provide assistance to doctors when required.

Required profile

• Presentable and well‑spoken with strong communication skills.
• Customer‑service mindset and a professional demeanor.
• Fast learner who can follow established systems and instructions.
• Previous experience in clinics, hospitals, or customer‑service roles is a plus.
• Residence near New Cairo or the Fifth Settlement is preferred.
