Recruitment Specialist – Blue Collar & Drivers

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to lead the full recruitment cycle for blue‑collar positions, with a primary focus on hiring drivers. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing and managing high‑volume hiring campaigns to meet our manpower needs across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and interview candidates for driver and other blue‑collar roles.
• Conduct mass‑hiring and high‑volume recruitment activities to fulfill business requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified drivers and blue‑collar candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, selection, hiring and pre‑employment procedures with hiring managers.
• Utilise various recruitment channels to attract suitable candidates.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of manpower needs across different sites.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates and reports.
• Collaborate with HR teams throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, specifically in blue‑collar and driver hiring.
• Proven experience in mass‑hiring or high‑volume recruitment is highly preferred.
• Background in logistics, transportation, fleet or related industries is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Preference for candidates residing in Qalyubia or Cairo.
