Recruitment Specialist

About the role

The Recruitment Specialist will join El Ezaby Pharmacy’s HR team in Qesm El Maadi, managing the full‑cycle hiring process for a fast‑growing pharmacy network. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that talent acquisition is efficient, fair and aligned with the company’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify hiring needs in collaboration with hiring managers and draft accurate job postings.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates using various channels and an applicant tracking system.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, provide feedback and coordinate selection decisions.
• Maintain talent pipelines and recruitment data, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Support onboarding and initial training activities for new hires.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and promote inclusive hiring practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in high‑volume, retail or healthcare environments.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interviewing abilities, with a focus on assessing candidate fit.
• Commitment to non‑discriminatory and inclusive hiring practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
