Remote Cold Call Agent – Appointment Setter

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Remote Cold Call Agent to join our team as an Appointment Setter. You will work from home, aligning your schedule with U.S. Eastern Standard Time, and help generate qualified leads for business loan solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Make 200–300+ outbound calls daily to business owners using a power‑dialer.
• Qualify prospects by gathering key data such as monthly revenue, industry, and existing financing.
• Explain basic business loan options in a clear, concise manner.
• Warm‑transfer interested leads to closers or schedule follow‑up calls.
• Maintain accurate notes in the CRM after each interaction.
• Follow scripts while adapting naturally to conversation flow.
• Meet daily and weekly KPIs for calls, leads generated, and qualified transfers.
• Handle objections professionally and keep conversations moving.
• Manage inbound calls or callbacks when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or financial services.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Comfortable working full‑time U.S. business hours (EST).
• Reliable high‑speed internet, headset, and a quiet workspace.

Required skills

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms and dialer tools.
• Ability to make a high volume of calls and handle objections.
• Strong ability to quickly identify qualified prospects.
