About the role
DocuSign is seeking a French‑speaking Renewal Coordinator to manage a portfolio of contract renewals in a designated territory. You will act as the primary point of contact for renewal negotiations, ensuring favorable terms while protecting customer trust and driving incremental growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute win‑win negotiation strategies for a high volume of renewals.
- Identify and pursue incremental revenue opportunities during the renewal process.
- Maintain a rolling forecast, flag renewal risks, and work with internal teams to resolve them.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success, Pricing, Legal, Revenue Operations, and Product Management to shape renewal strategies.
- Analyze data and customer behavior to assess renewal health and prioritize actions.
- Adhere to best practices for opportunity management, CRM hygiene, quoting, and forecasting.
- Achieve financial targets for revenue, bookings, and billings.
Required profile
- Experienced professional with deep knowledge of SaaS contract management.
- Strong negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proven track record of minimizing attrition and securing favorable contract terms.
- Ability to work independently and influence cross‑functional teams.

- CRM (experience with customer relationship management systems)
