About the role
The Restaurant Manager leads all restaurant operations at Hilton Alexandria King's Ranch, ensuring an exceptional guest and member experience. You will oversee the team, manage budgets, and drive sales while maintaining the highest service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day restaurant operations and uphold exceptional customer service.
- Recruit, train, develop, and schedule the restaurant team.
- Handle guest queries promptly and efficiently.
- Work within food and payroll budget guidelines and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to develop menus.
- Conduct monthly stock takes and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Set departmental targets, incentives, and policies to maximise sales.
- Evaluate guest satisfaction and implement continuous improvement actions.
- Lead communication meetings, produce minutes, and ensure cross‑departmental cooperation.
- Maintain environmental awareness and comply with hotel security, fire, and health‑safety regulations.
Required profile
- Proven management or supervisory experience in Food & Beverage.
- Ability to meet financial targets and adhere to brand standards.
- Strong performance under pressure with excellent grooming standards.
- Willingness to develop team members and oneself.
- Flexibility to adapt to varied work situations.
- Degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
