About the role
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a fast‑growing fried‑chicken concept in Tripoli, Libya. This full‑time permanent position offers a relocation package and a supportive work environment with one day off per week.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a high‑quality guest experience.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain service standards.
- Monitor sales, control costs, and drive profitability.
- Handle inventory management, ordering, and stock control.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and internal policies.
- Identify and implement operational improvements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Hotel Management or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in the F&B or restaurant sector, specifically with fried‑chicken brands.
- 3–4 years in a managerial role with proven leadership and financial acumen.
- Strong communication, team‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
- Familiarity with POS, inventory and scheduling systems.
- Knowledge of food safety and compliance standards.
