Retail Store Manager – Cairo

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Store Manager to lead our Cairo store. This full‑time, on‑site position oversees daily store operations, ensures a high level of customer satisfaction and drives sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule store staff, fostering a motivated team.
• Maintain visual merchandising and stock displays according to company standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with supply and warehouse teams, and ensure product availability.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback and complaints, promoting excellent service.
• Achieve sales targets and prepare regular performance reports.
• Maintain store cleanliness, implement loss‑prevention measures and enforce safety and company policies.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing abilities with proven experience in retail or store management, preferably in footwear, fashion or related consumer products.
• Effective communication skills for team leadership and cross‑department coordination.
• Knowledge of retail loss‑prevention practices.
• Organizational and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management or a related field is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic retail software and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
