About the role

The Sales Graduate Trainee program is a fast‑track development initiative designed to nurture future leaders for Nestlé’s Middle East and North Africa (MENA) markets. As a trainee you will rotate through multiple sales and marketing teams, gaining hands‑on experience in category growth, shopper behavior, and consumer insights. The role combines structured training with real‑world projects that contribute to Nestlé’s business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a 24‑month rotation across different sales and marketing functions.
• Support category growth initiatives by analysing market data and consumer trends.
• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet targets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver promotional activities.
• Contribute to shopper insight research and translate findings into actionable plans.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Strong academic record (very good GPA).
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi‑functional, fast‑moving environment.
• Curious, enthusiastic, quick learner with strong interpersonal skills.
• Limited work experience but a genuine passion for sales.
