About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our real‑estate sales operations in Sheikh Zayed. The successful candidate will drive revenue across residential, retail and commercial projects, leveraging a strong network of clients, brokers and investors.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and expansion channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, investors and strategic partners.
- Monitor market trends and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Lead negotiations and close high‑value transactions.
Required profile
- Minimum 13 years of proven sales experience in the real‑estate sector.
- Background in large real‑estate companies handling residential, retail and commercial projects.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Strong analytical and result‑oriented mindset.
