About the role
The Sales Supervisor will lead a field sales team in East Alexandria, driving monthly sales targets for ACCBC’s Egypt commercial unit. The role combines hands‑on supervision, customer engagement and strict adherence to company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Set and monitor daily sales targets for each representative, reviewing outlet performance and KPIs.
- Conduct daily team briefings to review previous results, agree targets, plan actions and ensure uniform presentation.
- Negotiate sales terms, prices and contracts in line with ACCBC credit and collection policies.
- Promote new products and special offers, overcoming objections through structured negotiation.
- Provide regular market feedback, sales trends and customer insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with ACCBC sales, credit, collection, logistics, code of conduct and HR policies, as well as Egyptian labour law.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading a field sales team in a traditional trade environment.
- Strong understanding of sales execution, route planning and outlet management.
- Ability to coach, motivate and resolve operational challenges quickly.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
