Sales Trainer – Dakahlia (Full‑time)

About the role

OPPO Egypt is looking for a dynamic Sales Trainer to join the Sales Department in Dakahlia. You will be responsible for equipping new hires and existing promoters with comprehensive product knowledge and effective sales techniques to drive market performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding training for new sales staff, covering OPPO brand, product portfolio, and sales skills.
• Provide technical briefings on new model specifications and coordinate pre‑launch activities with promoters.
• Develop and adapt training materials to suit the Egyptian market.
• Conduct bi‑weekly inspections of promoter needs and report findings to relevant departments.
• Identify regional issues, propose solutions, and support promoters in their selling experience.
• Track and summarize changes before and after training sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Maximum age of 31 years.
• Male candidates only.
• Strong command of English.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to work outdoors and travel between branches.
• Background in customer service or sales.
