SAP Basis Consultant – Digital Customer Engagement Manager (Remote)

About the role

The SAP Basis Consultant will act as a Digital Customer Engagement Manager, supporting multiple customers on the SAP RISE platform. Working fully remote from Egypt, you will guide customers on their SAP landscape, migrations, upgrades and cloud integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and design technical solutions for SAP Basis environments.
• Provide guidance on S/4 HANA, HANA database, and SAP upgrade/migration projects.
• Coordinate with SAP TechOps, IAE, CAA, TSM and CDM teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support sales hand‑over, onboarding and transition to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
• Engage with customers regularly, answer technical queries and present assessments.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of hands‑on experience in SAP Basis.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and SAP RISE.
• Experience with SaaS integrations such as Ariba, Salesforce or C4S.
• Professional level English and fluent Arabic.
