SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Consultant to join Sustainable Growth Partners EG on a full‑time remote basis. The consultant will work with diverse clients to design, configure, and optimise SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring alignment with HR and payroll processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing HR and payroll processes, gather requirements and map them to best‑practice SAP designs.
• Configure SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules, manage master data and perform system testing.
• Prepare documentation, deliver end‑user training and provide ongoing support.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, facilitate workshops and drive continuous improvement of implemented solutions.
• Contribute to project planning, status reporting and stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery and adoption.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of HR business processes and their alignment with SAP HCM / SuccessFactors.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors, plus familiarity with SAP FICO integration.
• Consulting background with stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and clear presentation skills.
• Experience in master data management, data quality and data migration within SAP environments.
