Security Manager – Residential Compound

About the role

The Security Manager will lead all security operations for a high‑end residential compound in Ain Sokhna, ensuring the safety of residents, visitors, and property. This position serves as the primary liaison with Egyptian police, traffic departments, and other governmental bodies.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day security activities, including gate control, perimeter fencing, patrols and CCTV monitoring.
• Conduct regular security risk assessments and update protocols to mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Manage, train and evaluate in‑house or outsourced security personnel.
• Develop and execute emergency and crisis management plans for fire, accidents and security breaches.
• Maintain strong communication channels with local police, traffic authorities and other law‑enforcement agencies.
• Handle formal complaints, police reports and official investigations promptly.
• De‑escalate conflicts with agitated residents, providing diplomatic and timely resolutions.

Required profile

• Mandatory military or police background, preferably a retired Egyptian Armed Forces or Police Officer of suitable rank.
• 5–10 years of proven security management experience in gated communities or high‑end residential compounds.
• Strong negotiation, conflict‑resolution and crisis‑management capabilities.
