Senior Accountant – Construction & Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Accountant with a focus on construction and real‑estate projects. You will play a key role in safeguarding the financial health of our diverse portfolio, using your expertise in accounting and Odoo ERP to deliver accurate and strategic financial insights.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations for construction and real‑estate projects, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare, analyse and present financial statements, budgets, forecasts and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and company policies specific to the contracting sector.
• Manage cash flow, reconcile bank statements and maintain records in Odoo ERP.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances and cost‑control opportunities.
• Collaborate with project managers to monitor project costs, progress and profitability.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
• Develop and enforce internal controls to protect assets and ensure data integrity.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of progressive accounting experience, primarily in construction and real‑estate sectors.
• Maximum age of 32 years.
• Proven hands‑on experience with Odoo ERP and strong knowledge of contracting accounting.
