Senior Accounting Manager

About the role

The Senior Accounting Manager will lead the organization’s accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and robust financial controls. This role supports strategic decision‑making by providing insightful financial analysis and overseeing daily accounting operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily financial operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month‑end close.
• Prepare and present accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Develop and maintain effective internal controls and financial procedures.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the accounting team to foster high performance.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Preferred CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification.
• 15+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
