Senior Analyst – Business Valuation & Due Diligence

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to lead business valuation and financial due diligence assignments for our clients. Working under the guidance of the Manager, you will develop advanced financial models and prepare professional valuation reports in line with IVS standards and TAQEEM requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive business valuation, financial due diligence (FDD) and purchase price allocation (PPA) engagements following professional standards.
• Conduct in‑depth financial, market and industry analyses to support valuation outcomes.
• Develop advanced financial models using Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), market multiples, comparable transactions and asset‑based approaches.
• Prepare accurate valuation reports compliant with IVS standards and TAQEEM requirements.
• Present valuation findings to clients clearly and professionally, providing analytical insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with the Manager and internal/external stakeholders to ensure high‑quality workflow.
• Stay up‑to‑date with local and global valuation practices and contribute insights for their application.

Required profile

• Professional certifications such as ASA, CFA Level 2 or above (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in business valuation.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience guiding junior team members.
