Senior BIM Coordinator – Architecture

About the role

The Senior BIM Coordinator (Architecture) will lead the development, coordination and management of electrical BIM models, ensuring seamless integration with architectural, structural and other MEP disciplines. You will support project planning, scheduling and clash resolution while maintaining model accuracy and producing construction documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain electrical BIM models in line with project and company standards.
• Coordinate electrical services with architectural, structural and other MEP trades to guarantee design integration.
• Lead clash detection and resolution using Navisworks, Revit or similar coordination tools.
• Ensure model accuracy, completeness and compliance with BIM Execution Plans.
• Generate and manage electrical shop drawings, as‑built documentation and related deliverables.
• Collaborate with the planning team on schedule integration, leveraging Primavera P6 where required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in BIM coordination for electrical systems within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of architectural and structural interfaces.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead clash‑resolution processes.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with multidisciplinary teams.
