Senior Drilling & Completion Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Drilling & Completion Supervisor to lead offshore drilling and completion operations for Petrobel Belayim Petroleum Co. in Egypt. The role ensures that all activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards and HSEQ procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise drilling and completion operations performed by company and contractor personnel on the rigsite.
• Coordinate activities according to the program, company procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure contractor personnel, services, and materials are available on‑site to avoid delays.
• Monitor material consumption and stock levels, requesting supplies proactively.
• Report progress to the drilling/completion superintendent and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Represent the company on‑site in all matters and conduct toolbox meetings at each shift change or when new activities start.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a Tool Pusher.
• Valid IWCF Level 4 certification.
• Fluent English communication skills.
