Senior Finance Data Analyst II – MEA

About the role

Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Finance Data Analyst II to lead finance data governance and transformation across the Middle East & Africa region. This highly visible position sits at the intersection of Finance, Data Office, Digital, ERP, and Business teams, enabling data‑driven decision making and supporting major programs such as UNIFY.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the MEA finance data strategy in line with the global data vision and governance framework.
• Own finance data KPIs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of systemic data quality issues and coordinate corrective action plans.
• Support and develop the Finance Data Steward community and governance network across the region.
• Lead Finance Data Office participation in strategic transformation programs, ensuring data readiness for analytics and reporting platforms.
• Influence cross‑functional stakeholders and manage change to adopt a data‑first finance operating model.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in finance data governance, financial reporting, and ERP transformation projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple geographies.
