About the role
The Senior Graphic Designer leads the visual identity and creative output of the brand, translating marketing and business strategies into high‑impact visual concepts across print, digital and environmental touchpoints while guiding junior creative team members.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or in‑house brand environment.
- Portfolio demonstrating mastery in branding systems, typography, digital media, print layout and conceptual thinking.
Required skills
- Exceptional creative eye with strong attention to typography, composition and visual hierarchy.
- Strategic mindset that ties creative decisions to performance metrics and business objectives.
- Strong communication, pitching and storytelling abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines.
