Senior iOS Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior iOS Engineer to join CoorB’s remote team. You will design, develop and maintain high‑quality iOS applications that drive process automation, enhance user experience and support advanced data analytics for the finance industry.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced iOS applications using Swift and Objective‑C.
• Work with both UIKit and SwiftUI, applying design patterns such as MVC, MVVM and Clean Architecture.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and other engineers to define and implement new features.
• Optimize apps for performance, scalability and reliability.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure a high‑quality user experience.
• Stay current with iOS technologies and industry trends.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of learning.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional iOS development experience.
• Backbase certification (mandatory).
• Strong proficiency in Swift and Objective‑C.
• Experience with iOS frameworks such as UIKit, Core Data and Core Animation.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third‑party libraries.
• Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
