Senior Medical Representative – Commercial Excellence

About the role

Infinity Clinic Pharma is looking for a Senior Medical Representative focused on Commercial Excellence. The role involves auditing the performance of medical and sales representatives as well as marketing activities across the Giza area. You will support top‑management decision‑making through detailed market and compliance reports.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct double and single visits to audit medical and sales representatives, ensuring visit quality and route accuracy.
• Measure product availability, off‑take, and compliance with contract terms such as visibility and special displays.
• Gather customer feedback and submit periodic market reports on stock, distribution, pricing and promotions versus competition.
• Audit marketing team activities, evaluate new product launches and verify the presence and execution of marketing tools in the field.
• Prepare analytical reports that help senior management understand market dynamics and support strategic decisions.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of proven experience as a Medical Representative, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine or a related scientific field.
• Demonstrated promoting experience in the Giza area is mandatory.
• Strong ethical conduct and compliance with industry regulations.
