About the role
The Senior Planning Specialist will lead inventory planning activities to ensure optimal stock levels across the organization. You will work closely with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to align supply with demand and support budgeting cycles.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage inventory plans to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Analyze demand forecasts and adjust inventory accordingly.
- Monitor stock aging, slow‑moving, and obsolete items.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouses, and sales teams to ensure alignment.
- Prepare inventory KPIs and periodic reports.
- Support budget and inventory planning cycles.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in inventory planning.
- Strong analytical abilities and advanced Excel proficiency.
- Good command of English.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
