Senior Project Manager – SaaS Music Platform

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Senior Project Manager to join an early‑stage music SaaS company. You will act as the operational backbone, turning strategic objectives into concrete workflows and ensuring seamless delivery across a remote engineering and product team.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and optimise project‑management frameworks using tools such as Jira, Linear or Notion to create a single source of truth.
• Drive team‑wide accountability, monitor deliverables and proactively remove blockers.
• Lead daily and weekly sprint cycles, anticipate technical or resource risks and keep timelines on track.
• Conduct daily check‑ins, monitor Slack channels and ensure tasks do not stall due to miscommunication.
• Attend key technical meetings, capture action items, document decisions and enforce follow‑through.
• Track progress across major initiatives and provide leadership with clear visibility into project health.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating in early‑stage technology environments.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑paced startup settings.
• Strong organisational skills and a bias for execution.
