Senior Public Health Engineer

About the role

Egis is seeking a Senior Public Health Engineer to join its Bengaluru office. You will lead the design and delivery of public health infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet client expectations from concept through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, support and manage public health engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Develop and review detailed designs, calculations, and specifications for public health systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
• Analyze and interpret data to inform decision‑making and problem‑solving.
• Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Drive business development initiatives and maintain strong client relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in public health engineering.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Public Health Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in public health services design.
• Strong experience delivering projects in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
• In‑depth knowledge of local authority regulations, approval processes, and regional design practices.
• Excellent understanding of public health engineering principles and practices.
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.
• Proven track record as a Senior Public Health Engineer.
• Demonstrated leadership capability with strong communication and client‑facing skills.
