About the role
Aqar Together is a buyer‑side real‑estate group‑buying platform in Egypt. We are seeking a senior sales professional to act as a trusted advisor for serious property buyers, guiding them through our unique group‑buying process and converting demand into qualified buying groups.
Key responsibilities
- Qualify incoming buyer leads by assessing purpose, budget, timeline, preferred locations, unit preferences, payment method, and any legal or Sharia considerations.
- Guide buyers through the platform journey: explain the group‑buying concept, help them join relevant buying groups, complete their profile, submit missing information, track group progress, access verified offers, book consultations, and move toward reservation.
- Serve as a buyer‑side advisor, providing clear information on project details, payment plans, group‑buying benefits, negotiation status, and legal or Sharia‑related aspects.
Required profile
- Proven experience in real‑estate sales or buyer advisory, preferably at a senior level.
- Strong knowledge of the Egyptian property market, financing options, and legal considerations.
- Excellent communication and consultative sales skills, with the ability to build trust with buyers.
- Disciplined use of CRM tools to track leads and buyer journeys.
