About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to build and lead an intern‑driven recruitment team focused on high‑volume hiring. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution, requiring you to design scalable processes and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end recruitment for mass‑hiring projects.
• Hire, train, and supervise a team of interns.
• Design and implement scalable mass‑hiring strategies.
• Set clear KPIs, daily targets, and performance metrics for the team.
• Oversee sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and campuses.
• Ensure high‑quality screening, shortlisting, and a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to align hiring needs.
• Improve recruitment efficiency and turnaround time.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and continuous development to interns.
• Prepare regular hiring reports and dashboards for management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong background in mass hiring and/or outsourcing environments.
• Proven experience building and leading recruitment teams.
• Hands‑on operational experience, not just managerial.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people‑management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑volume hiring settings.
• Analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑driven mindset.
