Senior VDC/BIM Engineer – Architecture

About the role

The Senior VDC/BIM Engineer will be responsible for generating and maintaining BIM and Revit architecture models for company projects. The role ensures that models meet client requirements and support efficient project management in terms of schedule and cost.

Key responsibilities

• Collect project data from consultants or the tender department to create BIM models that incorporate all specifications, material quantities and timelines.
• Generate BIM architectural, structural, and MEP models in accordance with project specifications.
• Update BIM models as project requirements evolve.
• Add project controls information and other relevant data to BIM models.
• Provide BIM technical support to local users to meet daily operational needs.
• Implement procedures defined by the BIM discipline lead for each project.
• Produce various reports and deliver outputs to the direct manager.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, risk assessments and environmental regulations.
• Handle special assignments related to BIM as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering.
• BIM diploma is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with BIM tools, especially Revit.
