Service Delivery Manager – Planning Lead (Cairo)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Planning Lead to oversee project planning and scheduling across major capital infrastructure programmes. The role will establish and maintain robust project schedules, monitor progress against baselines, and provide clear reporting to support decision‑making throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development, maintenance and control of integrated project schedules (Level 1‑4), incorporating contractor inputs, resources, milestones and cost interfaces.
• Monitor schedule performance, identify deviations and produce progress reports and recovery insights for project leadership and clients.
• Validate schedules, support risk assessments and facilitate planning reviews and steering meetings.
• Provide guidance and training to project participants on scheduling tools, standards and reporting practices.

Required profile

• Degree in engineering, construction, project management or a related discipline.
• At least seven years of experience in planning and scheduling for capital, construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of baseline development, progress measurement, delay analysis and schedule risk assessment.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and related scheduling software.
• Excellent leadership, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
