About the role
We are looking for a Site Architect to join our team in Maadi, Egypt. The role involves overseeing the planning, execution and delivery of architectural projects on‑site, ensuring design quality and compliance with our standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs and construction documents for residential, commercial, retail and hospitality projects.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants and contractors to ensure smooth project progression.
- Manage project schedules, budgets and safety requirements, monitoring site progress daily.
- Supervise construction activities, conduct site inspections and resolve design‑related issues.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company quality standards.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of professional experience as an architect, preferably on‑site.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle preferred.
Required skills
- Architectural design and documentation.
- Site coordination and progress monitoring.
