Social Media Manager – Remote (Egypt)

About the role

Bonn Medical Industries, a Saudi‑based manufacturer of healthcare, cosmetics and personal‑care products, is seeking a strategic Social Media Manager to drive the digital presence of its brands across multiple platforms. This full‑time remote position reports directly to the Strategic Marketing Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies for all company brands.
• Manage the company’s presence on Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X and other relevant platforms.
• Create and maintain content calendars aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators and marketing teams to produce high‑quality content.
• Review and approve social media posts before publishing.
• Monitor performance, engagement and audience growth; analyse insights and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Track industry trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and support employer‑branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms professionally.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, branding and platform algorithms.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Experience in healthcare, cosmetics, FMCG or product‑based businesses is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
