About the role
The Social Media Moderator will manage our social media presence, responding quickly to customer inquiries and comments, and ensuring timely, effective communication. You will also create organic posts that engage our audience and help maintain a positive online community.
Key responsibilities
- Quickly respond to customer inquiries and messages.
- Follow up on all comments and ensure timely responses.
- Efficiently manage interactions on the page.
- Create and schedule organic social media posts.
Required profile
- Previous experience in moderation, particularly in IT courses.
- Prior work experience in programming or technology.
- Commitment to full‑time work from the centre’s headquarters.
