Spare Parts Planner – Services Team

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Spare Parts Planner to join our Services Team. The role focuses on ensuring the right parts are available at the right time to support service operations across technical centers.

Key responsibilities

• Track and follow up on daily open service requests, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Allocate spare parts through internal transfers and purchase orders.
• Monitor stock levels, maintain safety stock for fast‑moving and critical items, and execute weekly replenishment plans.
• Request and evaluate quotations from approved suppliers, initiate purchase orders, and coordinate receipt of local and imported shipments.
• Calculate, analyse and report KPIs such as fill rate, turnaround time and aging, and support corrective action plans.
• Manage return‑to‑vendor processes for both good and faulty parts, ensuring proper documentation and timely closure.

Required profile

• University degree with at least 3 years of experience in spare parts planning within CE/IT after‑sales operations.
• Strong multitasking, initiative, problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
